“ Headed to Alexandria, VA and we came upon this gem of a restaurant! We were clearly first timers but were quickly greeted by the nicest smiling face of the (I assume) owner who walked us through the options. You could feel and taste the love that goes into the food there. It is so hard to find a healthy restaurant option where you also feel cared about and the food tastes good! My husband and I both LOVED the bowls we got. You get to choose from a wonderful number of options. Every bite was delicious! We will definitely be back and sharing about this jewel with our friends and family!! ”

“ We went here about 2 weeks ago for the first time as out of towners, and let me tell you, I’ve never been so happy to stumble across a restaurant! The food was amazing, the dessert, even better. BUT what puts this place over the top are the amazing owners! They smiled and laughed the whole time, went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of at several points and were to good with our little girls, even giving them matching bracelets at the end. It just speaks volumes of how kind and caring this family is ! I thank You guys so much for being a light in the dark, truly !!! ”

A burrito bowl where you choose between your protein, rice, and topping and the owners are amazing. A husband and wife team that make all of their food fresh each day. I had the leg of lamb for my protein choice and it was really good!! Also the rice and carrots, wonderful!! The staff is SO helpful and just genuinely happy to see you when you come in. The atmosphere is clean and well maintained. I can't say enough great things about this little gold mine. ”
